Background

The MDJPA-6 "Whisper" is a noteworthy microfighter designed for use in air-based carriers. It leverages stealth technologies to the fullest extent possible at the time, featuring no external hardpoints but (for its size) a considerable amount of internal bay-space. This makes it excellent for stealth missions, and subpar elsewhere. Overall, it's a great fighter that does everything it needs to.

Due to delays in the production process, the Whisper was introduced almost an entire year after it was supposed to. This delayed the full rollout of the Gossiper by several months.

The lesson: stealth is very, very powerful. The FoGM is moving in the right direction.
