Once a race of enslaved soldiers to the Noxingail Kingdom, the Malicio are a people who greatly value independence and personal growth. Above all else they pursue Resukigo; a philosophy, form of government, and way of life, in which a brighter and more just tomorrow is sought after for all.
Ever-hateful of their former masters' clinging to their lost supremacy, the Malicio culture is bound by an oath of leaving the past behind. Tradition and religion are seen as plagues to be eradicated so that the vices of yesterday can be forgotten - as any advanced culture should dream of achieving.
It matters not to them what monuments they buried, what memories they burned, what dreams they forgot...only that there is a tomorrow unchained.
That tomorrow is now millennia old.
