SECTION 1
PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This Timeless Fracture Colony requires a higher influx of materials to maximize the chances of returning to the supercluster and eliminating universal threats. Therefore, the prioritization of trade with signatories and protection of said signatories is considered essential for survival.

SECTION 2
MODIFICATIONS TO STATUS QUO

i. This agreement will found an international organization known as the Eternalhold Compact.

• The leader of the Eternalhold Compact is the Grandhold of Abyss. The leader has the following powers:
  • Sole decision regarding nations that enter the Eternalhold Compact
  • Ejection of members refusing to adhere to emergency orders and/or alliance laws
  • Unanimous war declaration
  • Imposing wartime assistance of member nations
  • Imposing fair trade agreements between member nations and/or leader

ii. All members of the Eternalhold Compact will protect one-another from external cultural, societal, and existential threats via use of military, diplomatic, and/or economic support.

• A 'cultural' threat is defined as an external entity or event that may result in the collapse of the signatory's culture.
• A 'societal' threat is defined as an external entity or event that may result in the collapse of the signatory's ability to function as a society.
• An 'existential' threat is defined as an external entity or event that may result in the complete destruction of one or more species, biological or synthetic, belonging to the signatory.

iii. All members of the Eternalhold Compact are required to keep their borders unconditionally open with other members.

iv. All wars are declared by the entirety of the Eternalhold Compact, and require a majority vote to be officially declared.

• A member is assumed to not be participating in a unanimous war unless the member makes a declaration of entering said war.
• If the leader makes a unanimous war declaration, members may refuse to participate unless ordered to by emergency power.

v. All non-leader members of the Eternalhold Compact have priority trade access with the leader of the Eternalhold Compact.

vi. All members of the Eternalhold Compact gain access to the leader's public information network.

vii. All alliances and agreements are made with the entirety of the Eternalhold Compact, and require a majority vote to be adopted. Member nations require authorization from the leader of the Eternalhold Compact to engage in an exclusive agreement.

• Otherwise, all members of the Eternalhold Compact have diplomatic autonomy.

viii. Membership in the Eternalhold Compact is voluntary. Member-nations may leave the Eternalhold Compact at will.

ENACTMENT

THE AUTHORIZATION STATUS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS LISTED BELOW.
