During the Great Collapse, the Grandhold was provided Etan stealth tech, which the Grandhold improved a considerable amount thought the duration of the Great Collapse and used in all evacuation ships.
Grandhold stealth systems, despite the technological improvements made, are still easily serviceable by Etan workers due to how little the Grandhold changed from the original design.

The equipment aboard a Savior-class ship capable of manufacturing QZ-64 is not a dedicated QZ-64 synthesiser, but instead a universal chemical converter capable of producing any chemical compound, the speed of production depending on chemical complexity.
As a hypercomplex chemical, QZ-64 is produced slowly in the Savior. Forming a single molecule of QZ-64 requires dozens of steps with over a dozen elements. A universal chemical converter simply cannot produce QZ-64 quickly.
A dedicated QZ-64 synthesiser can produce QZ-64 dozens of times faster than a universal chemical converter, as a QZ-64 synthesiser can perform chemical reactions at a higher speed and energy-efficiency, can perform a few different steps simultaneously, and can complete each step in a different section, allowing for QZ-64 to be produced without pause.
