BACKSTORY
Yoiba is the Grandhold of Abyss' Societal Division highest authority. Born alongside her brother Loviq Velon, she is more or less part of the average age bracket, but younger than the average Grandhold-Human. She worked various jobs in her early life, before finding her long-term passion in populace administration. Other than her high status, she has lived an unexceptional life.
And for Yoiba, that's just fine.
SECTION 5
DIVERGENCE
The Great Collapse came and went, and Yoiba was among the many to not successfully flee to Andromeda.
After two thousand years of waiting, she was ejected from stasis by her brother. After his death, she was forced to take the mantle of acting Grandhold Administrator in the absence of not only any Abyss, but even Administrators. Her struggles were many through that time, the worst being when most of the surviving Grandhold populace died, leaving Yoiba catatonic from sheer stress for weeks.
Relief eventually came to Yoiba with the return of Xinra Uniia. Yoiba was relived of her duties and was given a years-long vacation. She ended that vacation early when she was invited to be promoted from Populace Overseer to Societal Division Administrator, which she accepted.
