Sequo is a tall male Grandhold-Human with short gray hair. He wears a dark gray sweater-vest, white sleeveless dress shirt with a necktie, sleek white-and-black pants, white shoes, an opaque white visor, and a white/black/yellow naval cap. His arms are clearly mechanical, colored white and dark gray.
His eyes have a white base, gray iris, and black pupil.

Sequo is reserved and professional. He is also fiercely protective of who he views as his dependents.
He has a preference for open relationships.
As a Grandhold-Human, he has an emotional stress response; for him, it is anger.

BACKSTORY
Sequo is the Grandhold of Abyss' Development Division highest authority. He is among the eldest living of Grandhold-Humans, born but a few months before Epoch Abyss.
The sciences have always been a passion for Sequo. He had unfortunately been born far into the period of increasingly slow technological growth - it did not stop him from putting his all into it. Even when the apparent end of technology had been reached, he diligently oversaw the incredibly slow process of refining understanding of physics over hundreds of thousands of years.
Eventually, he chose to join the investigations into Phi-Matter. It eventually came to fruition, bring about the Phi Period. And ever since the Grandhold's arrival in the new universe, he has continued to spearhead Phi-Development.
On the side, Sequo is also known for being the single best MilGame player in Grandhold history, with enough raw skill to land himself in Administration without a second glance if he pleased. Instead, he pursues Development Administration for it is his true passion.
SECTION 5
DIVERGENCE
Sequo joined Societal Defense during the Great Collapse, helping stem the Aefanians' yellow tide flooding the galaxy. He was eventually put onto the last ships out to Andromeda, but never quite got there. He was recovered by the Morlhan Sovereignty shortly after the end of the Great Collapse, and opted to work for them on their first outpost into the Milky Way, aptly named Outpost One. In that time, he fell in love with Friza Abatis II.
He eventually learned of the UCP's return and survival, but opted to stay; he knew the UCP would do well without him, and he was making good progress in changing the Morlhans for the better.
And yet...he came back anyways even later when he was given an offer he couldn't refuse; Development Division Administrator, of which he has greatly enjoyed having his lifelong dream achieved at long last.
