Sequo is a Central Martilan. He was born with gray hair, which has retained its color in his age. He prefers monochrome clothing, and is occasionally confused for a professor - of which he hasn't been for decades.

PERSONALITY
Sequo is a very professional person. Though he does not like his job, he treats it very seriously, and puts his all into it. He is haunted by the weapons he reluctantly helped make, and continues to help make.
He hopes that, in the end, he will be remembered for the reactor he built - not the weapon he shaped it into.

BACKSTORY
Known as the man who brought in the atomic age to Greater Martil, Sequo made the first fission reactor...and then by his own hands bastardized it into the first fission weapon. He has since remained at the head of the atomic weapons project, disgusted with the pivot he made in his life, but driven by a dream of a safe and endurant Martil.
His story nears its conclusion - but it is not yet over.
