APPEARANCE
Lorien is a short Grandio - average for most human races. She is of Boglian ethnicity; pale skin and cyan hair. Regardless of what she's wearing, she throws her boilweave tuque on top. If she can get away with it, she also prefers to wear her boilweave winter jacket. Both have become pale with age.

PERSONALITY
Lorien is a reserved woman with a knack for noticing opportunities. She is also prideful of where she comes from, but also feels shame for the curse her bloodline carries.
Her biggest dream is for the Sorial crime family to crumble away, and its descendents to walk free and successful.
SECTION 4
BACKSTORY
Lorien was born into the persecuted Sorial family; once the nobility of the Greater Martil region of Boglia, they lost everything following the 1873 Boglia Uprising. Though disconnected from the event by several generations, her forebearers' sins followed her through all her life.
Even as a child, Lorien had a hand in the family 'business'. Most legitimate forms of labor were out of the question, so the Sorials had to make do with a life of crime to have anything at all. By the time she was a teenager, she knew how to bribe a Cohesor and sic them on her rivals. By the time she turned twenty, she was handed the reins of the family.
When Lorien brought a child into the world, she knew that she did not want her scion to suffer as she did. She did everything to life Tobrik above the bloodline floor; getting him whatever nice things she could afford, paying to get him into noble kids' circles, and so much more. Yet, it all failed; no matter what she did, the taint that was existing as a Sorial made itself known.
It was with a heavy heart that she decided it was time to leave the Islands. Taking what money her bloodline had managed to save, she cashed in a favor with the noble of Hiji and got her family a free one-way trip to Drahosic. Though not trusting of her to-be home, she knew the Islands had nothing to give.
Once she arrived to the Congressional Commonwealth of Drahosic, she decided to pull back on her involvement with the rest of her family. While she still leads, she now has a more important task; raising the next generation, hopefully the one which will be free of a tainted legacy.
Lorien's story is not yet complete; there is yet more to see. What will come next...time will tell.
