With the fire of ambition in her heart, Bonla carries in her head a brilliantly-bright vision - both for herself, and for her country. She is also somewhat opportunistic.

BACKSTORY
Bonla is an ambitious politician who has wished to be at the highest position among the Islands since early childhood. She has always known what she wanted to be, and she didn't let anything stop her through either of the four levels of schooling.
After leaping right into the political system following graduation, she climbed the ranks extremely quickly. By the age of 40, considered young by federal Council standards, she had become a federal Councilor. She has thus far survived an election cycle, and has maintained wide support through good administration of the Space Segment.
She is projected to remain in power following the 1965 election. If nothing disasterous happens, she will join the 50% or so of councilors who survive three elections.
